Our Story
Evia Pure began with a simple taste that changed everything.
In 1998, after four years in the U.S., I returned to my village on Evia Island. Sitting at my mother’s table, I was reminded of the flavors of my childhood — meals made with our own olive oil, wine, honey, and other natural ingredients from the land. The purity, health benefits, and unforgettable taste of those foods showed me once again what true nourishment means.
That moment inspired a dream: to share these authentic Greek products with others in the U.S., so they too could experience the richness, simplicity, and goodness of the Greek table.
